ハチミツレモンは、おいしいけど糖分摂りすぎになるし、蜂蜜高い。
そこで、刻んだレモンの皮に塩をふりかけて、タッパーに入れて数日置いておいたら、熟成してなんだかすごく深みのある(笑)おいしーい味になった。
ジェノベーゼパスタにまぜたらうまかった。チューハイに混ぜても、ソルティードッグ的でおいしいし、冷凍温野菜に混ぜても、納豆に混ぜてもおいしかった‼︎

割と何にでも合う塩レモン。国内産のレモンをよく洗って使っている。
ちなみに、まだうちの自家栽培レモンを収穫していない。可愛すぎて、収穫できない。ぐずぐずしていたら、最近、いっそう黄色が濃くなってよりかわいくなってきた…

Honey lemon is delicious, but it consumes too much sugar, and honey is expensive.
