レモンの花が咲いた！
The lemon flowers bloomed.
今朝は朝からなぜか南イタリア感のある(※実際に行ったことはない)音楽を聴きたい気分(※普段はそんなことはない)で、il postinoなどのサントラを聴いていた。
It's sunny today. For some reason, I felt like listening to music with a feeling of southern Italy (※I've never actually been there) since I woke up, and I was listening to soundtracks from il postino.
ふとレモンに目をやると、なんと花が咲いていた。
「ねぇねぇ、見て見て〜」っていう、レモンの花ちゃんからのテレパシーだと思う。I think it's telepathy from Lemon, "Hey, hey, look."
そう言えばどこからともなく、はちみつのようなにおいがしていた。レモンちゃんだったのか。Come to think of it, it smelled like honey out of nowhere. It was you!
つぼみは油虫がつきやすいので、付くたびに流しで洗い流している。これまで2回洗った。はい、よちよち…いい子でちゅね…と、赤子の指を洗うかの如くそーっとそーっとやらねばならぬ。そんなワタシにレモンちゃんは感謝している…とワタシは思っている。The buds are easy to get tiny oily bugs, so they are washed off in the sink. I've washed it twice so far and I have to do it softly like I'm going to wash a baby's fingers. I think that Lemon is grateful to me. And I'm a bug killer...
筆でちょんちょんやって受粉させました。たくさん実が生りますように。I made it pollinate with a brush. I hope a lot of fruits will grow.
