ピッチとか周波数とかはよくわからないけど、このパチパチパチパチ…っていう高い音が、かなりいい感じにパリパリに焼けてる音だと思う。#音楽家あるある
火加減調整つまみ操作は、音を聞きながらフライパンの中の様子を注視しながらフェーダー調整するDJのようなものだと思う。
一口お好み焼き。回りがカリカリになって、美味しいと思う。
