1人で行動する時は、耳栓とイヤホンしててもいいんですけど、誰かと行動するときは、耳栓とイヤホンできないワケです。すると、周りの音楽とか騒音とかが、聴覚過敏の人にはツラいわけです。
電気代節約でSDGs的にもよいし、さらに売り上げも上がるとなれば、いいことばかりだと思います！テレビの取材も来るだろうし、恐らく、遠方からもクワイエットアワー目当てでお客様が買いに来ると思います‼︎

何も自閉や感覚過敏の人だけでなく、例えば「愛犬が死んだ」とか、「大きな病気が発覚した」とか、「詐欺に遭った」とか、「退院したてでへろへろ」とか、一時的に気分や体力が最低レベルに落ちている人は、日常的にそこらじゅうにたくさんいるわけで、そんな方々も毎日食料品は買わねばならぬわけで、せめてスーパーマーケットには、そんな人々に優しい場であってほしいと願います。

しかし、耳栓やイヤホンは耳の中が蒸れるし、長時間の利用は、やはりあまりよくないらしい。それに、咀嚼の際に耳栓をしていると不快である。食事の際は、イヤホンも、耳栓も利用したくない。過酷な外耳道…。
イギリスやニュージーランドのとあるスーパーマーケットでは、毎週水曜日の14:30から1時間だけ、などと決めて、「クワイエットアワー」を実施しているそうだ。自閉症の子どもを持つ親御さんや、感覚過敏の方のために、店内の音楽もアナウンスも止めて、照明も抑えるというものである。それを導入してから、売り上げが10%伸びた店舗もあるとか‼︎日本のスーパーマーケットも、ぜひクワイエットアワーを導入していただきたい‼︎
