"My mother, me and my sister were exposed to the atomic bomb in Kako-machi, 900 meters below the explosion center. we once evacuated to Miyajima, but we were told that it was dangerous there and ran away to Akiota Town. I was taken out of the room with the idea of a relative who didn't want me to meet the death of my mother and sister. When I called my mother, she replied at first, but no matter how much I shouted with my mother, mother, and mother, there was no reply. I think she died around that time. I didn't see death and didn't attend the funeral, because of the relative. It was on September 4th and 5th. My father was killed in the war in Okinawa before that time. "( Kunihiko Iida)
