You don't need any special strength to assemble it, and it can be done in just a few seconds. Insert it diagonally while pushing a small . It weighs just 700g, I don't feel it’s heavy.
The only downside is that it's a little low in height. However, I feel like my back is stretching and the notebook is farther away, which is good for my eyes. So, I'm glad I bought a portable table. This is my report. Thank you.

足元に日光が当たるので、ポカポカしてあったかい。健康に良いと思う。組み立てる時にも特に力はいらないし、数十秒でできる。ボッチを押しながらナナメにさしこむ。重量も700gで、重さを感じない。
デメリットは、ちょっと高さが低いことくらいか。でも、かえって背筋が伸びてノートが遠くなって、目にもいい気がする。というわけで、携帯テーブル買ってよかったです。レポートでした。
