Are you Really my dad?
In the early morning of the day after the atomic bomb was dropped, my brother brought my father with a big burn who was fleeing to a relative's house. He arrived home in a cart. he didn't look like a living person. His body was black and he wasn't wearing anything, eyes were still open, and lips were like pomegranate. Poor father. ( Sadae Kasaoka)

The devastation of the new world
I tried to go back home from Takeya Elementary School. At that time, Shintenchi,(the new land) was the most busy downtown area in Hiroshima, and many theaters and shops were lined up. Shintenza is seen in the back left, and Kagetsu Theater is in the back right. The atomic bomb turned the building into rubble, and one side became a sea of fire. I had no choice but to escape from the flames. (Kenji Kitagawa)

The young sisters who disappeared ... I wanted them to live.
From the other side of Mt. Hiji, which is towering in black, the Hibakusha escaped across the Higashi Ohashi Bridge. The two young girls in front of me held each other tightly and escaped. In the back, there were military policemen who stand in the way of outsiders with no compassion for the survivors, and they fight with a man who seems to be a reporter trying to enter the city center.
